Wellbeing 2.0

– This is how you become the best version of yourself

Wellbeing is about our contentment and about how we become the best version of ourselves. Whereas the focus has traditionally been on the prevention of illnesses and disorders, in the research on wellbeing the focus is on what makes us stronger, happy and content.

A one-sided focus on physical health is outdated, and research shows, for example, that we need to enjoy in order to be able to give our best – both in our private lives and at work.

In this talk, the KRAMS* factors will be reviewed so that you get a brush up on why Diet, Smoking, Alcohol, Exercise and Sleep are of importance to our health and wellbeing – and then we will take a closer look at the PERMA model of wellbeing with the elements:

  • Positive emotion
  • Engagement (flow)
  • Relationships
  • Meaning
  • Accomplishment

You will get an insight into the importance of the various elements for our wellbeing, and get tools to improve your own wellbeing. In addition to that, we will take a look at how you as colleagues can support each other and contribute to creating a wellbeing culture in your company.

There are no raised fingers! The focus is on the positive and there is room for looking at our strengths, weaknesses and challenges with a smile in the process of attaining increased wellbeing.

This topic is offered as 1.5-hour or 3-hour talks or as 5-hour workshops. It is held in English, as face-to-face or via live webinars with up to 100 participants.

* KRAMS is an abbreviation for the Danish words for Diet, Smoking, Alcohol, Exercise and Sleep.
